Sauvignon Blanc
This small appellation is centered around the village Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, but also includes the communes of Chitry, Irancy, Quenne and Vincelottes in the Yonne department
An elegant and subtle wine, without the more pronounced Sauvignon Blanc flavours that the wines of Sancerre or Pouilly Fumé can show.
Enjoy with crisp green salads, broccoli & salmon quiche, a selection of suble tapas such as roasted almonds or simply on it's own.
