Katherine studied Languages & Exporting (it does exist as a degree – honest) in Edinburgh before joining McKinley Vintners as a raw graduate in 1998. After 5 years with the company she left to pursue other areas within the Wine Trade including roles with Westbury Communications, Patriarche Wine Agencies and Allied Domecq’s Trade PR agency. She was tempted back in 2007 and is responsible for Champagne Gosset and Cognac Frapin as well as our South African, Provençal, Rhône and Alsace Wines and also Snow Queen Vodka. Surrounded by a family of wine trade employees and wine lovers, Katherine rarely escapes work, but enjoys horse riding, reading and heading to the South of France to catch some sun whenever possible.
