The mission of Bristol-based The Classic Rum Collection is to seek out rare and exceptional rums from individual estates in the Caribbean. They are released in very limited quantities after many years of careful maturation in damp, dark cellars on the British mainland. Each has been bottled straight from the cask at its optimum strength, without chilling, and with only light filtration, to preserve intact the subtleties of aroma and taste. We are delighted to be able to offer these outstanding rums as an addition to our list. |
