The Cornu family’s 14 hectare domaine is centred in Ladoix in the maze of streets at the foot of the Corton Hill. Pierre Cornu works with his wife and parents to produce wines that are characterised by amazing intensity and purity from 8 appellations. Pierre is a curious and open-minded vigneron. Whilst maintaining the best traditional practices on the domaine he is keen to understand and experiement with new methods and so attends trials each weekend at the Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne each weekend. He uses his new found knowledge to continuously strive to further raise the quality of his wines.
Pierre is also an active member of the local community and his long term aim is to raise the profile and regard of Ladoix wines.
