Located in the heart of the Beaujolais Grand Cru on the southern slopes of the Côte de Py, Domaine des Roches de Py is owned by fifth-generation vigneron Guenäel Jambon. The vineyards are located at between 250 and 500 metres above sea level, with a south-eastern exposure, on rich Schist soils, which gives the fruit unique aroma and flavour characteristics. Guenäel works with great respect for the vine and seeks to enhance this typicity in his wines. The results are evident in the Fleurie, an elegant, silky and concentrated Beaujolais. |
